Dear New Student and Family,
Welcome to Evolution Fight Academy! We are glad you decided to train in the Triad’s premiere Karate & MMA program for children. We specialize in training children 4 years of age up to eleven years of age, with the same life skills in mind; including self-discipline, better focus, determination, perseverance, improved concentration, and higher school grades. The program also includes anti-bullying instruction so that children can learn how to be safe while avoiding conflict and learning to manage their fear in those situations.
EFA’s program for 4-7 year olds will be focusing in on traditional martial arts technique as their basis for preparation for the more involved MMA and wrestling programs. They will learn basic striking and memorized forms (kata) to be able to practice at home with a concentration on when to use and NOT use their martial arts through our anti-bullying system.
EFA program for 8-11 year olds will focus in on traditional martial arts for their basics with an exciting and fun introduction to the ever-popular MMA training provided to our teen/adult program. This includes all the ‘best’ parts of other styles of martial arts to arrive at a sport that is one of the most comprehensive both on the competitive and recreational levels. It includes Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, Ju Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo and Sambo.
We have established beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to meet with every student’s goals. And with additional conditioning classes, private instruction and nutritional classes available to each level of student, we are ensuring that you will get the best cutting edge training and information to accomplish all your child’s goals.
